[Announcement] I will be meditating at the 2nd "Adult Camping School" event organized by Fumotoppara Campground and "Hananohi Be," a flower and greenery community run by Hibiya Kadan.

How much do you know about yourself? In this world of information overload, whether it be from social media or work, you probably don't have many opportunities to think about yourself. So, let's go back in time to what you were like back then.

A two-day, one-night trip to discover excitement! "Adult Camp" - Go and find your true self.

We stayed in an old elementary school building, which made us feel like we had traveled back in time.

First, you will go trekking while exploring nature with a nature guide.

I went to the site today for a meeting and walked the course, and what I thought were white wild roses were actually wild strawberries, and I learned that the flowers bloom facing downwards.

I'm usually only thinking about how to get to my destination in the shortest possible time, so I found it an incredibly fulfilling experience to walk like this and pay attention to every little breath that catches my eye.

I'm also looking forward to seeing a movie about self-discovery at the night theater in the forest. It's a mystical space, so it's nice just to go there.

There will also be BBQ, campfires, and stargazing. I really hope it's sunny.

And while we might not be having pillow fights or hiding under the covers talking about love... we will be having a meditation workshop as part of our morning activities the next morning.

The theme is "Flowers and Meditation"

In the first half, we meditate to face our true selves.

In the second half, you will discover your true self through dialogue with flowers, and then move forward into the future.

Imagine yourself living happily and in your own way and express that feeling in flowers.

We will be "planting flowers." We hope that everyone's hopes will one day bloom beautifully!

I think it would be so much fun if we all spent this time together!

Please come and join us.
