We will be hosting a one-day "Spring Gut Health" retreat in an extraordinary space, where you can enjoy a pleasant time together.
Retreats allow you to relax in a quiet environment, making them an ideal time to "face yourself" and "rediscover your strengths."
Taking time to reset your mind and reflect on yourself can help relieve stress and relax, leading to better physical and mental health.

The event will take place in a special venue that is usually closed to the public.
