The pole dance studio POWER SPOT in Aoyama was held in June.
The SCOBY TEA event "OPTIMIST vol.2" was the catalyst for our connection.
We held two special workshops on July 8th and July 22nd.
The light pours in and makes you wonder if you're really in Tokyo.

An hour and a half in such a wonderful space for yourself and your loved ones.
I did a meditation to send kind feelings.
While you share your thoughts little by little,
Direct kindness towards yourself
Everyone will give kindness
I feel relieved and my heart is opening up
Tears started to flow unexpectedly
Because I usually try my best
It's really important to take the time to be kind to yourself like this.
And I'm not the only one
The moment I realized that we are all the same
Suddenly the tension in my shoulders goes away
If everyone fills themselves with kindness and gives kindness to everyone here,
A calm and warm atmosphere flows through the room.
It was a pleasant time, like taking a bath.
I felt very happy to have a connection with everyone.

In modern society, we are constantly exposed to stress and pressure. We work hard in every aspect of our lives, be it work, housework, childcare, or relationships, and we are so busy that we barely have time to breathe. Don't you feel like your fatigue is building up and no matter how much you sleep, you're still tired?
If you leave that fatigue unchecked, it will take away your emotions as well.
Emotions are our life energy, so if that happens, you will burn out.
In this program, you will learn the basics of mindfulness and self-compassion and train your mind to be beautiful and pure through meditation.
Mindfulness is about being aware of your thoughts and feelings in the present moment. Self-compassion is about caring for and caring for yourself.
By combining these two, stress and anxiety are reduced, and you can become more true to yourself, more positive, more optimistic, and more resilient. Many people have found that their life satisfaction and happiness have increased through this mindfulness self-compassion meditation.
